What We Need:

Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, this role will support the implementation of processes to facilitate sales activities, recognize sales incentive programs, and produce insights into the company’s sales performance. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new sales including systems set up and training
  • Act as the first line of support for the Sales and Sales Support team on rules of engagement, CRM tools, bookings and sales incentives
  • Validate Sales Orders as per the company’s Booking Rules and investigate anomalies before monthly closing
  • Facilitate customer relationships for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Produce sales goal sheets and calculate commission
  • Assist in producing sales reports, including via Business Intelligence and Data Analytic tools
  • Conduct UAT on system enhancements and report results
  • Actively champion and increase awareness of their responsibility to occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
The Successful Candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 years’ experience working in sales excellence, operations, or a business program role
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations
  • Proven ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Advance knowledge of CRM tools, Business Intelligence and Data Analytic tools such as Metabase or Tableau or Power BI, as well as Excel
  • Fluent in English
