What We Need:

Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for driving the overall Platform Sales Engine (all countries) to maximize sales results in partnership with the in country General Managers and Sales teams. This role entails strategic planning, decision-making and execution specific to revenue generation and new business development. The role will be based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Platform Sales team across the region (currently 15 data centers across 5 markets) to maximize revenue and booking results for the Digital Edge platform
  • Promote lead generation activities, pipeline building, sales training and coaching to the sales teams across all countries
  • Partner closely with each country General Manager who leads the in country Go-to-Market strategy and execution
  • Work in partnership with the Hyperscale & Strategic Accounts Sales team
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales targets for overall platform, sales incentive plans and deal reviews
  • Partner with functional teams to leverage expertise and resources to replicate successful best practices
  • Drive market sales activities to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve results and targets
  • Work closely with stakeholders and customers to execute company sales strategy
  • Actively champion and increase awareness of their responsibility to occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
The Successful Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or higher preferred
  • Minimum 15 years in hands-on sales and multi-country sales leadership roles
  • Relevant industry experience in IT technology, telecommunications, internet services and/or data centers required
  • Experience working in global or regional matrix organizations
  • Strong network in the region and industry
  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency will be a plus
