Garcia-Rama as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Edge Philippines, reinforcing the company’s commitment to disciplined, hyperscale-ready expansion in one of Southeast Asia’s increasingly important digital infrastructure markets.
Bernice brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across the energy sector, enterprise markets, and mission-critical infrastructure in the Philippines. She is widely recognized as the author of Meralco’s white paper on hyperscale and digital infrastructure readiness in the Philippines – an industry-defining publication that has informed investors, policymakers, development institutions, and global technology companies assessing the country’s digital competitiveness.
Most recently, Bernice served as Assistant Vice President and Head of Enterprise Commercial & Conglomerates at Meralco, where she led strategic engagements with hyperscalers, multinational corporations, utilities, and public sector stakeholders.
Bernice succeeds Vic Barrios, who returns to the United States after five years leading the Philippines business.
