- CEO
John Freeman has more than 25 years of experience handling a wide array of cross-border legal and commercial issues for major multinational companies.
Prior to joining Digital Edge, John was Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Tata Communications where he managed the company’s legal, regulatory and compliance functions globally. John has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as local and regional joint ventures, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations. He has led and served as co-counsel on a variety of transactions, successfully closing more than 20 mergers and acquisitions during his career ranging in value of up to US$14 billion.
A native of the USA, John earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, and his Juris Doctorate (JD), from the University of Minnesota.

- Chief Human Resource Officer
Emily Draycott-Jones is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Digital Edge, a leading pan-Asian data center platform headquartered in Singapore. In this role, she leads the company’s people and culture strategy, aligning human capital initiatives with Digital Edge’s mission to deliver state-of-the-art, energy-efficient data centers across the region.
Before joining Digital Edge, Emily served as HR Director for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions at IFS, a global enterprise software company. In this capacity, she provided strategic HR leadership across multiple industries and continents, focusing on transformation-focused roles. Additionally, Emily is the founder of Clearly.SG, a Singapore-based consultancy supporting organizations with HR strategy, communications, and digital media. She is also a regular panel and event moderator and has appeared as a studio guest expert on BBC News Asia.
Emily is a passionate advocate for women in technology and has co-founded the network “Breadwinning Expat Ladies – Singapore”. She also serves on the advisory committee of several mission-focused enterprises.

- Chief Development Officer
Jay Park is a seasoned leader with more than three decades of experience in the high-tech industries, with the past 20 spent in the design, construction, and operation of data centers.
Prior to joining Digital Edge, Jay was Vice President of Data Center Infrastructure at Facebook, where he spearheaded the design of the company’s first owned data center and built numerous state-of-the-art data centers globally. He has obtained six patents related to data center design, with his innovative concepts proven to deliver the most energy efficient and cost-effective data centers in the world.
A US native, Jay studied electrical engineering at California Polytechnic State University and has a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering.

- Chief Commercial & Investment Officer
Yaniv Ghitis is a renowned investment specialist in Asia Pacific with considerable experience in originating, structuring, negotiating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions across the region, including in Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan and Australia.
Prior to joining Digital Edge, Yaniv worked at J.P. Morgan for 17 years in their Hong Kong, New York, London and Tel Aviv offices. Most recently he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of J.P. Morgan Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking in Asia Pacific, where he advised and raised capital for some of the most impactful technology and digital infrastructure companies in the region.
A native of Israel, Yaniv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Economics and a Masters of Arts in Economics, both from Tel Aviv University.

- Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Walbridge has more than 20 years of finance and infrastructure investing experience at institutions across Asia Pacific, Europe, the United States and Latin America.
Prior to joining Digital Edge, Jonathan worked for 14 years at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), the world’s largest infrastructure manager. During his time, he worked on acquisitions and served on main boards across more than 45 companies within the group’s portfolios. He was most recently a Managing Director with MIRA in Hong Kong.
He is a native of New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.

- Chief Product Officer, IX & Connectivity
Jonathan Chou has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industry, with significant expertise across data center sales, marketing, and product development. A recognized pioneer in the region, he was part of the original team that rolled out public Internet access to China and also built the largest Internet Exchange in Asia.
Prior to joining Digital Edge, Jonathan worked at Equinix Asia Pacific where he developed sales & marketing strategies as well as new products which resulted in the company becoming one of the most profitable and network dense data center operators in the region. He also led the team that founded the Asia Peering Forum, a highly successful industry event.
A native of China, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Classics from Columbia University.

- Chief Data Center Operations Officer
Thiam Poh Goh is the Senior Vice President of Construction & Operations at Digital Edge DC, a leading pan-Asian data center platform headquartered in Singapore. In this role, he oversees the development and operational management of the company’s data center infrastructure across Asia, ensuring the delivery of high-performance and energy-efficient facilities. His leadership is pivotal in aligning the organization’s construction and operational strategies with its mission to provide state-of-the-art digital infrastructure throughout the region.
Prior to his tenure at Digital Edge DC, Thiam Poh held significant positions in the data center industry, contributing to the growth and success of various organizations. He earned his degree from Nanyang Technological University, equipping him with a solid foundation in engineering and management.
Thiam Poh is recognized for his expertise in data center construction and operations, playing a crucial role in expanding Digital Edge’s footprint across Asia.

- Head of IT & Innovation
John Yung serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Digital Edge, a leading pan-Asian data center platform headquartered in Singapore. Based in Hong Kong, he leads the company’s technological advancements, focusing on integrating robotics and automation to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability across Digital Edge’s data centers in Asia.
Before joining Digital Edge, John held several leadership positions in the technology and data center sectors. He was Vice President of Data Center Services at Digital Edge and served as an Executive Consultant at CentersquareDC. His earlier roles include Co-founder and CTO at Appcara, Inc., and Vice President positions at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise, Savvis Communications, and Equinix.
John’s extensive experience spans over two decades, during which he has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence in the data center industry. His contributions continue to shape the future of digital infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region.
