Fraud Caution Notice and Disclaimer

This is to caution you against any fraudulent communications purporting to be from or on behalf of Digital Edge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates, executives, employees, representatives and/ or any other entity or person acting as an impostor on behalf of Digital Edge (collectively herein after referred to as “Digital Edge”).

Digital Edge has become aware that there have been attempts by certain unidentified and unscrupulous persons to mislead and cheat the public by wrongfully claiming to be associated with Digital Edge by using our logo, identity cards, email addresses, domain name, etc. and/ or deceptively similar names. These attempts are aimed to deceive and fraudulently secure sensitive personal/ financial information and/ or monetary benefits by promising attractive returns/ incentives such as an investment in Digital Edge or collaboration with Digital Edge (as part of employment/ vendor opportunities) or establishing any business relationship with Digital Edge.

Please be informed that:

• Digital Edge shall neither ask nor authorize any individual, agency or company to collect money on its behalf from Digital Edge shall bear no responsibility for any amounts paid by anyone in response to such requests and shall not liable for the same;
• Digital Edge will never ask for your personal or sensitive information (such as your credit/debit card details, bank account details, passwords, PAN, Aadhar card, PIN, CVV, OTP, medical details, etc.) on any open network and without obtaining prior consent in accordance with applicable laws;
• At all times, Digital Edge and its employees shall communicate through the official registered domain name “digitaledgedc.com” only. Please identify and accept mails accordingly;
• Digital Edge will never offer its shares or any other financial securities on any social media platform including Whatsapp, Telegram and/ or any other open network;
• Digital Edge shall never send any kind of marketing or promotional communications to seek any personal or sensitive information;
• Digital Edge shall never demand any fee, commission, or any other form of monetary payment from prospective suppliers/ vendors/ employees as part of their onboarding / registration process; and
• Digital Edge is not involved in any kind of lottery or mobile draws and will never send emails/ SMS granting awards/ rewards.

The general public is cautioned not to be misled by acts described hereinabove. Please do note Digital Edge shall bear no responsibility for any loss suffered by anyone on account of such unscrupulous person(s)/entities and the same shall be at their own risk.
