Yaniv Ghitis is a renowned investment specialist in Asia Pacific with considerable experience in originating, structuring, negotiating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions across the region, including in Greater China, Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan and Australia.

Prior to joining Digital Edge, Yaniv worked at J.P. Morgan for 17 years in their Hong Kong, New York, London and Tel Aviv offices. Most recently he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of J.P. Morgan Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking in Asia Pacific, where he advised and raised capital for some of the most impactful technology and digital infrastructure companies in the region.

A native of Israel, Yaniv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Economics and a Masters of Arts in Economics, both from Tel Aviv University.

John Freeman has more than 25 years of experience handling a wide array of cross-border legal and commercial issues for major multinational companies.

Prior to joining Digital Edge, John was Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Tata Communications where he managed the company’s legal, regulatory and compliance functions globally. John has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as local and regional joint ventures, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations. He has led and served as co-counsel on a variety of transactions, successfully closing more than 20 mergers and acquisitions during his career ranging in value of up to US$14 billion.

A native of the USA, John earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, and his Juris Doctorate (JD), from the University of Minnesota.

Jonathan Walbridge has more than 20 years of finance and infrastructure investing experience at institutions across Asia Pacific, Europe, the United States and Latin America.

Prior to joining Digital Edge, Jonathan worked for 14 years at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), the world’s largest infrastructure manager. During his time, he worked on acquisitions and served on main boards across more than 45 companies within the group’s portfolios. He was most recently a Managing Director with MIRA in Hong Kong.

He is a native of New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.

Vinod has more than two decades of investment experience across infrastructure sub-sectors. He has made 20+ investments across early stage, growth stage and control transactions. He is amongst the few investment professionals in the Indian infrastructure investments landscape with full investment cycle experience.

He joined NIIF in early 2017 and is currently the Managing Partner for NIIF Master Fund. In his current role, Vinod heads the infrastructure fund and is responsible for the overall investment strategy, origination, setting up platforms through partnerships or incubating professional teams, portfolio management, and stakeholder management. NIIF Master Fund is India’s largest infrastructure focused fund, that aims to participate in the robust Indian infrastructure story. The fund has set up six platforms with market leadership positions across ports and logistics, roads, airports, renewables, smart meters, and digital infrastructure space.

Prior to NIIF, Vinod spent 13 years with IDFC Alternatives. During his tenure, he evaluated and invested in companies across sectors including infrastructure, consumption, and agri value chain. Some of the marquee deals he handled include Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL), L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited (L&TIDPL), Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited (GPPL) and a few city gas distribution companies. Vinod was also instrumental in consummating exits of investee companies through various routes - IPO, sale to strategic investors, sale to financial investors and promoter buybacks. Prior to joining IDFC Alternatives, Vinod worked with the infrastructure advisory vertical of Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE), a credit rating agency. At CARE, Vinod was involved with various advisory assignments for various Ministries and central/state PSUs.

Vinod holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.

Puneet has more than 17 years of investing and operating experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He is currently a Principal with NIIF's infrastructure fund and leads renewable energy and digital infrastructure investments for the fund.

Puneet previously held multiple roles across different renewable energy businesses including ReNew Power, one of the largest renewable energy IPPs in India, where he spearheaded the company’s foreign currency efforts. Puneet has also worked with the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), where he was involved in South Asian equity and debt investments in the infrastructure space.

Puneet holds a BBS (Finance) from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (Delhi University), and an MBA from Indian School of Business.

Ben has 25+ years of experience investing and developing infrastructure and real estate projects in Australia, South Korea, Japan and India. Ben is founding Partner of AGP Sustainable Real Assets (AGP) and chairs AGP Capital Management Pte Ltd and the Investment Committees of the Energy and Real Estate platforms.

Prior to setting up AGP, he co-founded Assetz business in 2005, which is now a prominent real estate and infrastructure development business in India. In this role he was responsible for the successful delivery of over 5 million m2 across Industrial, Residential and Commercial asset classes, and successfully executed more than 30 principal real estate investment transactions.

Ben holds a Master of Business and Master of Project Management from USQ and a Bachelor of Property from Deakin University.

Vinod is a seasoned c-suite level management professional with three decades of experience in development & operations of large & critical infrastructure, including more than 15 years in leadership positions, with a specific focus on data centers. Vinod is Chief Operating Officer at Digital Edge India, leading the development of a 300+MW pan-India platform of world class, sustainable, infrastructure.

Prior to joining Digital Edge India Vinod held senior roles with leading companies in the Indian digital infrastructure space, including Tata Communications. In his career to date he has been responsible for delivering and operating more than 250 MW of IT capacity data center infrastructure across multiple locations, including more than 10 greenfield and 30+ brownfield build to suit projects.

Manish holds over 28 years of Pan India and Global experience in Legal, Secretarial and Regulatory Affairs, Litigation and Contract Management, Compliances, Corporate Secretarial, Regulatory, Liaison, Governance Framework and Policies, Strategy Planning which includes  around 15 years experience in leadership role as Head of Legal/ General Counsel in Multinational /joint venture companies. Manish has worked across different industries which includes top telecom players like Vodafone Idea, Indus Towers, Telenor,  Tata Communication.

Saurabh has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector with expertise handling funds and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. He is currently Chief Financial Officer at Digital Edge India, where he draws on two decades of experience in financial leadership positions.

Prior to joining Digital Edge he held roles at a number of financial and asset management companies, including White Oak Capital, JP Morgan & KPMG. Saurabh is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
